If product is frozen, thaw before heating.

Microwave Oven: If a seal on top of tub, remove seal from tub. If an inner pouch, open inner pouch to remove chopped beef, place chopped beef in the tub or microwave safe bowl and place paper towel over the top of the tub or bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 2.5 minutes. Stir and recover with paper towel. Heat on HIGH another 1 to 3 minutes until hot. Let stand for 1 minute. Caution: Container and contents will be hot.

Stove Top: Place chopped beef in a 2-quart saucepan. Cover and heat over medium heat for 8 to 10, stirring several times.
